I received a call from Thandi asking if i had picked up my replacement decoder, i told Thandi i had and that it was working perfectly as i knew it would as what i had told them about my other one was correct and had to fight with them to have it replaced. Thandi said that the least multichoice could do was to credit my account with one months free subscription. WOW i have not had service for over 7 weeks, run up and down to the mondeor branch trying to convince them the decoder was faulty, had someone check my Ariel system out and spent ages on the phone to the service department and to Thandi explaining that i had done everything to convince them that it was the decoder that was faulty. And this was the least they could do (least being the operative word) well if this is what you call having a SERVICE PHILOSOPHY IN OFFERING A SUPERIOR SERVICE AND CORRECTING THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED (how can you correct missing your favourite series for 7 weeks and watching rugby test match and other top sports) i would love to know how. You say you wont stop the MAGIC well i wonder what magic you are going to use for for this. Shocking service to someone who has been a loyal subscriber for 25 years
