Have had no MNET signal for over 4 weeks

I have had no MNET signal for over 4 weeks. i took my decoder to the service department and after over 1 hour was told that the decoder was ok and i must check my Ariel signal. i checked my Ariel and found it to be ok.i then phoned the multichoice service line and spoke with Sizwe Ref No 141473783 and was told there was nothing wrong from there side and i must check my Ariel, which i did and found nothing wrong.i then called the service line again and spoke with Mandy and after over 20min on the line i was told the same story and she asked me to go to my decoder and she will go through the programing, i asked if she could call me on my cell phone as my land line was far from my decoder, she refused saying it was there policy not to call clients back.
After over 25 years of loyal service from me MNET could not call me back, i was so angry i ended the call.
I took my decoder to my neighbour who has the same one and uses the same complex Ariel, when i plugged everything in i still got the same error code
