Contact Centre doesn’t listen to Customers

On the 30/11/2013 I made a payment of 625 at SPAR STONERIDGE at 18:10. I then contacted your contact centre for the second time between 22:30 to 22, I spoke to the gentleman.
1. I specificity asked him that "MY ACCOUT NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED AS OF THE 1/12/20132.
2. He activated the account on the 31/12/2013, without confirming with me.
3. He added payment of R72 for activating my account on the 31/11/2013, without informing me.
Please I did not request that you activate my Account on the 31/11/2013, you contact centre failed to pay attention to my request.
I refuse to pay the amount for the activation of my account on the 31/11/2013
