No signal for 7 months

I have complained to the point where i dont know what more i can do. Every Wednesday at the same time i get a no signal message only if i switch channels. If i stay on one channel i have no problem. This has happened at other time as well but every wednesday at 8 pm. I have phone and they are useless at helping. Maybe dstv is not what they use to be. Maybe i should change to top tv...
