Was a customer of Multichoice for years prior to cancelling my subscription due to their service, a month ago finally gave in and decided i will try out the service thinking they had improved. WORST decision ever: went to their Maponya mall branch paid whatever i needed to pay beginning of November was told they didn't have stock at the time and must try them during the week. Called during the week and they sill didn't have stock this went on for the whole month until towards end of November, When i eventually fetch the decoder they said my account was only activated at the time and i wont be charge for November, 2 days of having the DSTV it only worked for the one day, ever since its been on no signal. Their call centre is useless and incompetent to say the very least
