On Saturday the 23rd November 2013 I telephonically requested activation of Dstv access service on my decorder at the customer service. The customer service consultant informed me that the amount of R107-00 will be debit from my bank account on the 01st December 2013. After confirmation of all the relevant details the Dstv Access was activated.

Suddenly on Monday the 25th November 2013 I received a message that my account is suspended and I must make a R60-00 cash payment. This is ridiculous as I only pay once per monthly bank debit order. Prior to activation there were no arrears whatsoever on my account.

I hold Multichoice responsible for the breach of terms and conditions of their own contract.
