No one was told of my request

Good day
i went to Maponya Mall yesterday 1 Sep 13, looking a pair of sleepers, they did not have size 4 on the ones I wanted this lady at the front desk did a branch lookup and she saw that Jabulani had two pairs from the two sets I wanted. sShe phoned but the line was engaged and she said to me I must go there and she wil phone them to let them know that I'm cuming and they should set them aside for me. When I got to Jabulani they advised me no one had phoned them to set aside sleepres and aslo on the system it does not show any size 5, so I wasted my time and petrol to go to Jabulani as your Maponya Mall is incompetent, I'm appuled by the service I received and really annoyed about htis.
