We are able to access only 20 per cent of channels. We exchanged our decoder about 3 months ago. We have called your offices and gone through the re setting re scanning process but the problem has not been solved.

Why should I pay R750 for a dysfunctional service why should I have to waste my money calling your offices for a dysfunctional service your office has advised that I must again bring my decoder into your offices which means I must again travel 160 km at my expense. That means that within a period of 4 months I have wasted my hard earned cash on multichoice and I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses.

I will be placing this complaint on hello peter until my complaint has been resolved. If multichoice does not resolve our query satisfactorily we will take the matter to the media radio 702. Alton and Beryl Rankin
