Disappointing Staff & Othe

Staff at the Cinecentre at Mall@Reds tend to always be in a bad mood. They are rude and seem to be very uninterested in their job.(ticket staff & snack-counter staff). Staff at the ticket purchase counter are never informed as to when "Coming Soon" releases will become available at the branch.(which I would think should be a required function). Ticket prices at Cinecentre have doubled in the last year or two from R20 a ticket to around R50. With that price being the same as Ster Kinekor / Nu Metro I would expect the actual experience to be of the same quality.(which is not the case) When inside any number Cinema (usually in number 7), you can hear the sound from the cinema next to it. Very disappointing, something needs to change. People would rather visit a Sterkinekor due to above.(I know I would). Might be good to make some changes, especially with the new mall across Heuweloord to be ready in 2014.
