I HAVE A STANDARD AND HIGH DEF DECODER ON EXTRAVIEW AND ON THE 11th OF OCTOBER MY STANDARD DEF DECODER DEVELOPED A PROBLEM.I TOOK IT IN TO MULTICHOICE AT N1 CITY AND THEY SWAPPED IT FOR A REFURBISHED UNIT FOR R510. WHEN I GOT HOME I CONNECTED THE REFURBISHED UNIT AND EVENTUALLY GOT EVERYTHING BACK TO FULL OPERATING CONDITION. THEN ON 10 NOVEMBER I WAS DEBITED WITH R950 /-. INSTEAD OF THEM CHARGING ME FOR THE STRAIGHT EXTRAVIEW CONNECTION I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR TWO PREMIUM DECODERS ALTHOUGH I AM VERY OBVIOUSLY LIVING IN ONE RESIDENCE. I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK TO MULTICHOICE IN CAPE TOWN BUT THE LADY WHO I SPOKE TO SAID THIS WAS AT MY REQUEST.THIS MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO SEE MY POINT OF VIEW AND THE LUDICROUS ASSERTION THAT I WOULD WANT TO HAVE TWO PVR DECODERS AND PAY FOR TWO PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS IN ONE RESIDENCE. MULTICHOICE AS USUAL NEVER FAILS TO DISAPPOINT.
