CHANGE OF PROGRAM VIEWING!!!

So on Monday (18/11/13) we put on channel 127 at 7:10 pm to find that 'Friends' is no longer airing at that time but some stupid, dumb show called The Arsenio Hall Show, who is this guy???

This is sooo dissapointing as my husband and I love watching 'Friends'.. and as a compact subcriber we look forward to watching this program. So I have emailed DSTV to find why they have changed the time of viewing for 'Friends' and was told that Friends now airs at 13:10pm and 13:35pm, Who is at home to watch the programs when we are working individuals. Why dont they put The Arsenio Show at that time and bring 'Friends' back as normal viewing at 19:10pm???!!!

Why does DSTV do changes without notifying us!!! what are we paying for??? I am sure not going to pay to watch The Arsenio Hall Show!!!
