FED UP!!! WILL MILK YOU DRY!!!

My services were disconnected so I paid an amount of R300-00 for the family bouquet to which there was a huge fuss about. My services were then reconnected and i was told i needed to pay another R70 or my services would be disconnected once again. How does that work the family package costs R180??? I am so FED up with Multichoice it is not even funny. There consultants are rude and are no help whatsoever all i get out of them is you owe... disconnection... you owe... disconnection.
