I still have not received my money

This is now the 4th time I am complaining about this! I called to cancel my services and the guy at the call centre told me my money would be refunded in 7 days.. well 7 days later still nothing so i called again! The lady then told me its only 7 days from when its approved and that it was approved on the the 11th Nov! She told me that it will definitely be in on the 18th! Monday came and still nothing in my account so i called the call centre again! The other lady then told me that i had been miss informed and its 7 working day! Needless to say its been 7 working days and i have STILL not received my money back!!! I am beyond furious with this!! you guys are quick to debit me but when it comes to returning the money you take your time!!!
