DSTV deducted money from my bank account in error!

An amount of R1712, 72 was deducted from my bank account on 2 June.
This amount was not owed and was taken off for no reason. I called the call centre and was told that they had to speak to the branch/agency and clarify etc.
I then got a call to say I am correct and they will deposit a refund via cheque into my account on Friday 5 June, which will reflect in 7 working days.
I waited 7 working days, and the amount was STILL not there.
I have now called the call centre 3 times since. Each time I have called I have received a response that they need to check with the agency again and see why it wasn't approved etc and the whole story happens again!!!
Every time I call the contact centre I have to sit on hold for at least 15 minutes before I can speak to someone which is also not ok.
I have just been told that R510 will be refunded and then another R510 will be refunded to me. This will take ANOTHER 7 days!!! The money will have been out of my account for nearly a MONTH!!
This service is appalling. I pay DSTV every month for a service they provide. They were in error and owe me my money back and I have to chase for this and sit on hold and fight for something that is mine.
