I cancelled my DSTV subscription as my son-in-law took over our account. The first lady I talked to ensured my that my refund will be in my bank account within 7-10days. 2 weeks went by without any notification from the bank. When I called again the man I spoke to said that there was a problem on their side and that he would call me back the next day to confirm that payment was made. That day to this day has never arrived. Its 6 weeks in counting. Last night my daughter wrote multichoice an email to ask about payment and the reply was that the insurance wasn't cancelled and thats the reason for the delay. That is totally unacceptable and not professional from their prospective. I will in future convey my sincere disgust at their abilities and I will tell family and friends of their negligence
