I paid my DSTV account on 28 October 2013 for the month of November as well as for December. However, my account still shows i owe the subscription fee and i've been disconnected from their service ever since. I've phoned their customer service on more than one occasion to inform them about the situation but halfway through the month, i'm still waiting for the situation to be resolved. Every time i have to send them proof of payment and just get a case number in return (I Have 3 case numbers already to be precise). This is absolutely shocking service!!
