I called multichoice this morning and advised the agent I will not be able to pay the full amount due and if my service would be reconnected if I only pay the installmnt due. She advised yes and I went to pay R330. Error messages came I sms to get it reset but nothing. I then called again only to be told the agent misinformed me. So what now. I don't have another R300.00 to pay right now as I told the agent. I can't get myservice reconnected so whats the point of me paying then I could have paid end nov the full amount. Why do you employ people that do not know how their product works? I want my money refunded asap. The entire purpose of my initial call was to enquire if my request was possible. Your service is horrible.please do something and train your staff properly.
