Account suspended but paid in time

I paid my account 02 November 2013 Saturday and Monday I started getting massages on my TV set saying that I must pay my account to avoid paying R50 reconnection fee. I ignored these massage cuase I knew that I already paid my account. They really did disconnected my account 05 Wednesday and I'm not happy about it. This is not on. I don't have R60 or more to phone the costomer care number. So please check on this. Dumisani.
