Dstv not working for 2 months

Spending 3 hours a week on phone calls and DSTV still not able to solve problem.
black screen with information bare displaying, can not view any channels.
have been paying paying the bill for months and no service has been provided.
the only response i receive to reset and reset the decoder.
i have done decoder upgrades.
