Dstv mobile scrambled

Walka scrambled. Call centre cannot assist, transferred to mobile, no reply. Phoned Call Centre again, gave me direct mobile tv no, still no reply. Walka still scrambled. I have several dstv products, very irritated with bad service and stupid answering system.
