What the heck is going on?

First off, I had already lodged a complaint during October and hate having to resort to doing this on Hello Peter, but enough is really enough. In October I had problems with my sound and eventually asked for my account to be suspended, till it was sorted out... lo and behold it was done for s full 6 days. Which I was told by one of your employees, my account would be credited for R60.00..and yes my account was paid up at the beginning of October.(WHAT HAPPENED TO THE R60.00 CREDIT? P) On wanting to make a payment via the DSTV site, I saw to my amazement an account in excess of R1000.00 First it says I was in arrears of R307.00... not true... This month's subscription R308.55 and next month's payment as well. Apart from that I also see a repair charge for some decoder..what is this??? I returned said decoder, right back to where I got it from!!! This is really the worst account error I have seen in all my life. RECTIFY IT AND GET BACK TO ME
