COMPLAINTS ARE TREATED HIGH HANDEDLY

DSTV has a terrible attitude of arrogance when one complains about programs being taken away (eg, Ellen Show from my compact bouquet moved to another channel; David Letterman gone!), ESPN was removed (DSTV's excuse was unacceptable, if not unbelievable!), programs are advertised that are not avaialbe to all (a marketing strategy, no doubt), and the constant repeats. Their response? "No movie making industry can churn out enough material to satisfy the mass audience". Rubbish! This smacks of monopoly and arrogance! Best regards, Ralf
