INCONSISTENCY

Multichoice does not train all their employees in the call centre consistently. I pay my account on a yearly basis. Each year I have to phone in and remind them of that and of that I am paying at the end of November each year. On Monday my account was suspended because it was NOT RECORDED LAST YEAR AGAIN. Then i had to explain again and made arrangements to pay at the end of nov AGAIN. The call was recorded by them and she switched on my account. Guess what? Tonight it was suspended AGAIN!!! I then phoned AGAIN, and suddenly according to them, no arrangement were made as they are not allowed to make arrangement. WHAT THE HELLLL??? ARE THEY GOING TO PAY ME BACK FOR ALL THE CALLS I WASTED TO THEM? Or all the programs i missed because of all their inconsistency?
