They have disconnected my services on the 28th of January 2013 and it is not even the end of the month yet. Now they want me to pay a reconnection fee. This is unacceptable and they dont even want to help me and they insist that I pay the reconnection fee. I was never notified of anything. I am very upset and not happy at all. Maybe I should try Top TV as well?
