An absolut nightmare to reach the call centre

I have a problem with my XTRAVIEW. Whenever I try to get hold of somebody to help in the CC, I have to wait at least 30 minutes in the queue - my problem is still not solved, I've been advised to go to the service centre! This morning I suddenly I got a SMS saying "DStv confirms that a digital device has been loaded to your account. If you did not authorise urgently contact..." I contacted the number provided but after again being 30 minutes in the queue of their CC I finally gave up. In the meantime I spend 90 minutes on airtime for my account and still can't watch TV. This is obviously what happens everywhere in business if you have the monopoly and no alternative!
