I PURCHASED A PVC BLIND FROM THEM IN JANUARY 2013. THE WERE VERY PROMPT TO SUPPLY AND I WAS IMPRESSED. BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THAT THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. I PHONED ALL THREE CELLPHONE NUMBERS THREE MONTHS AGO, BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER. I THEN SEND THEM AN MAIL AND ASKED THEM TO CONTACT ME. WHICH THEY DID IMMEDIATELY, BUT WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD WITH THE RAIN THERE WAS A BIG BACKLOG OF WORK. THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. THREE WEEKS AGO I STILL DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM. AGAIN I PHONED TO GET NO REPLY AT ANY CELLPHONES NUMBER. AGAIN I MAILED, AGAIN THEY CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND SEE ME. THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN THEY PHONED FOR THE APPOINTMENT, I ASKED THEM FOR ANOTHER DATE. THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO ME. I AM STILL WAITING. MY GUARANTEE WILL EXPIRE JAN 2014. ARE THEY WAITING FOR THAT??
