Let down again!!!

I was contacted by DSTV/Multichoice (?) regarding the change over of the Mnet channel. I was advised that the channel would change again and that they would send an d installer to come and reset the decoder as they had let me down the previous time. An appointment was made for Saturday at 12h00. It is now nearly 14h00 and no one has pitched, nor bothered to contact me. I was phoned twice after my initial phone call (011 3695900) wanting to make an appointment. I really thought this time I would not let me down.
I thereupon tried to contact Multichoice in Cape Town and was caller no 90 in the queue. Kept on trying but keep being no. 70 . DSTV your service is disgraceful. Your staff doesn't know what they are doing. Calling me 3x to make an appointment and now no one pitched. Last time no one pitched at all!!! I feel like pulling out my hair. Come on get your act together - I am waiting!!
