How hard can it be to activate Xtra view

Dear HP. We have been trying for 7 days now to have XtraView activated, each time being on hold for more than an hour. We finally got a call operator to phone us back, but after 90 minutes he was still not able to activate it and clearly wasnt sure of what he was doing in the first place!! At one stage he even deactivated our account completely? And advised us to get an instakller out AGAIN AT OUR OWN COST, even though he was the one that messed up? After much backwards and forwarding he then said a technician would call us the following day at the same time. Why could he not just put us through to a technician at that stage? We again, at own cost, phoned the technical department, and they sorted the Xtraview out in a matter of minutes last night, only for us to see this mornign that YET AGAIN the Xtraview is deactivated. I don't understand how it can be this hard to activate this feature. In the process our remote has suddenly become so fast you cannot scroll with it, not to mention the fortune we have spent on phone calls trying to get this issue sorted and always landing in queues of more than an hour of holding!! We paid a fortune to an installer only to have DSTV mess it u
