Multichoice call centre is a joke!!

What can I say, 8 minutes on hold without getting hold of an operator, eventually hung up the phone. Been trying for 2days to get a problem sorted with them. I paid my account but no dstv service, so I'm paying for a service for which I never received for over 9 days. Please I don't understand this concept - this joke of a company messes up my connection, then I have to pay to spend 60 minutes on the phone to try sort out their mistakes.

I hate this company. What a freaken joke!!
