Good Day, this is not the first time i have experienced problems whereby my extra view does not work, and everytime i have to hold on for ages at the call centre for someone to assist me. And you also need to be aware these calls to the call centre is not free or subsidised, consumers have to hold on forever before being assisted. Yesterday my parents wanted to watch a movie at 8pm, we were struggling to get the xtraview working, i phoned 0317102222 at 8:25pm and i was 98 in the queue, i was still holding on until 9:15pm with no assistance whatsoever, no comeback to say i am still on hold and will be assisted shortly. Up until now the service is not up and running and i would like for someone to contact me urgently. We pay a fee every monyth, firstly for seeing the same movies over and over again, and then we have problems with the xtraview settings which is totally unfair. I would like this problem rectified urgently. Thanks
