Disgusting "customer" service

I have been trying to activate my DSTV drifta since last week. I keep phoning and it's either the consultant sends me elsewhere or the phone gets put down in my ear. Numerous e-mails have been sent as well. In stead of resolving my query I get told my account is in arrears which I've never been informed of. I had the Multichoice agents check my account a few weeks back and no arrears reflected, now all of a sudden I'm in arrears since 2012?? No one can tell me where this comes from. Some of my services have been disconnected and no one can tell me why. My drifta is still not working. Im tired of being sent from pillar to post. Get this sorted!!
