I've had a Drifta for a long while now. I have occasional connection issues, but it is always sorted out relatively quickly. Then, on 05/01/2014, I activated a second Drifta on my account, and since then we have had only problems.
My current Drifta keeps giving an E19 error. I called 2 days ago, as the error could not be cleared on the mobile site (kept getting a message stating "The account that this device is linked to, has been disconnected"), or by dailing *120*68584#. The operator informed me that the second Drifta has been disconnected! I did not even give this instruction! Then, after several phone calls, several hours of struggle, and several tweets, my Drifta was reconnected and worked.
And what happens again today? It ran perfectly all day, and this afternoon, there is the E19 error again. Then the twitter guys turn it on, and 10mins later, there is the E19 error again!! What is going on that it keeps being disconnected? The DSTV Care guys on Twitter are brilliant and very helpful, but why should I have to contact them every other day because someone likes to mess around with my account?
I have a Premium HD DSTV account! Not worth it for this!!!
