THEY KEEP DISCONNECTING ME IN ERROR

On Friday I purchased a Drifta decoder. I called the dstv mobile call centre to load this decoder onto my existing account and I have a debit order in place for mt dstv easy view. My debit order had already been honoured for the month. However dstv keep disconnecting me because they claim I am in arrears. I am not in arrears. Today - after my third phone call - I was told that I was supposed to pay upfront for my Drifta subscription and that they are now charging me R50 to reconnect every time I call them. As I pay by debit order I was told that my Drifta would be charged on my next debit order 1 March. No one told me I have to pay upfront. I have asked [URL Removed] for permission to return my Drifta-Its useless as it takes longer than an hour to connect plus you dont get all the channels that you are supposed to. I will also be cancelling my easyview decoder and Drifta Going back to free to view. Thanks but no thanks.
