ACCOUNT IN ARREARS AFTER NOT HAVING A SERVICE FOR A WHOLE MONTH!!!

Upon numerous complaints, emails, telephone calls I still am disgusted with the service of Multichoice. My payment did not go off in Dec due to a holiday trip, so as a customer and when you go onto the website and get all information saying if your payment was not successful your service will be disconnected. So that was that! However when returning in Jan 2013 we found that our service was connected so I contacted Mulitchoice and their response was that it was MY fault as a customer I was supposed to call and tell them to disconnect me WTH!!! So now my account is in arrears for dec/jan totally understandable... So after numerous emails and calls the service was disconnected for the WHOLE of feb. So knowing that my account is now due with an amount of 862 for two months, I did not pay!.. The whole of feb went by with no dstv which was fine, come 01 March 2012, I paid 862 for what was due, when using the balance inquiry via sms the sms stated that I am now owing 1724 upon which 862 is due immediately and 462 due end of March!!! Outraged I called Multichoice again, with a response saying that I am liable to pay!! Why must I pay for somethng I didnot have???!!!
