Drifta! What a piece of c#@&

I bought a PVR / Drifta combo from Makro 2 weeks ago. Drifta didn't connect. Today after great argument and an hour of my time managed to swap the Drifta. This one doesn't work either. Call centre useless. Multichoice can now collect this piece of rubbish and bring me something that actually works! No more of my time will be wasted! Staff at Makro tell me that they're taking back about 10 units per day. This should say something. Multichoice contact me! Absolutely disgusted!
