I was booking my ticket at the ticket counter with the employee named Xoliswa Thabe. She had a very unpleasant attitude from the beginning. She had taken my card and money but failed to inform me what she was doing. She was taking long, so I asked her what was the problem, and she just ignored me and continued her conversation with a co worker, so I persisted and then got irritated due to the bad service and asked her if she was deaf, but guess what, she heard that and came back to me ranting and raving, saying that I cannot talk like that. She then through the money back on the desk and said that she will not book the ticket. So I then took the number for the complaints dept, the assistant manager picked up and appologised, and she then booked the ticket for me. I need to know the action that will be taken against the above mentioned employee, Xoliswa Thabe as her behavior is not suitable for the responsibility the job requires.
