STER KINEKOR WESTGATE STINKS!

I have had ANOTHER unfortunate visit to the Ster Kinekor cinemas at Westgate. When will they ever get their act together. I took my 3 grandchildren to see Jack The Giant Slayer at the 07h45 show. Half an hour into the main feature the picture disappeared from the screen and we only had sound. On complaining about this I was told what problem? The second time I complained I was told this always happens when it rains!!! REALLY!!!

On demanding my money back I was told by Hazel that I will get 4 re-admission tickets. Then Ida came on the scene. Because Hazel had my ticket stub she would not issue me with re-admission tickets.By now everyone else in the cinema had come down and were complaining. Ida absolutely ignored all complaints and pretended that she was deaf. All she could do, it seemed, was quietly write out re-admission tickets. Is she deaf perhaps?
I finally got my ticket and when I asked for my refreshment money back (as did others) and petrol reimbursement to be able to get back to Westgate.

You should advertise that if it rains there will be no show. I usually go to Key West, but guess what - they are being turned into Nu-Metro movies. I WONDER WHY???
