Ster-Kinekor
Disgusting service

I went to Ster Kinikor Gateway today (29/09/13) the lines were impossible and the self help desk was not taking our card so again had to wait in another long queue to puchase a ticket. one we got our ticket we went to buy food to see the lines so long you couldnt even see the end so we bought our popcorn and coke from the little shop across from the ster kinikor hour long queue (we would have missed our movie) we were then told we had to leave the stuff and not allowed it in the cinima (they now put special lids on their coke) we never go to ster kinikor and always numetro and now i know why. we then spoke to a manager with an extreemely bad attutude that was not interested in resolving anything, when we asked for our money back she stormed off without a word to get us our money back and not wanting to listen to a word we had to say. i will never visit GREEDY ster kinikor ever again.
