I have been experiencing the most dissatisfactory service from DSTV ever since I installed it, they have been dissconnecting me almost every month and in turn I had to pay double to be reinstalled I am so fed upI judt don't know what to do, when I call the call center they. Are so unhelpfull, once again today is the 17102013 and they have disconnected me saying I own them R99 plus another R40 to reinstall, and I am on the easy pay option for R60 a month and I payed them on the 02102013 R110 which included installation. I have spend like thousands trying to get the service I deserve as a customer instead I have to speak to there call centre agents who are very unhelpful, right now I had R40 airtime and I called them where instead of getting helped I'm yet again left in the dark, there attitudes even stink, even the team leaders there are not helpful at all and always insists I'm wrong when I have actual proof like today, what the is going on with these people, don't they know what they are doing. And I want a reply immediately from them.
