Disconnected once again for no reason

I was disconnected off my service for incompetancy and ignorance by the call centre. I wrote out a complaint and I was treated so spectacular-my issues were resolved almost instantly only to re-occur one week later. Disconnected again E16 error. Logged on to the dstv website to clear and still nothing. I smsd 5times and guess what? no service delivery! I am shocked at how the level of proficiency has deteriorated with these people especially at a time when they have competition offering the same channels for free. I unfortunately have to tolerate this cause my building has a multichoice dish. I'm paying and will still be charged for a full months service when its freakin off half the month cause of these stupid people. Best part is you have to wait on hold to the call centre when its not even your fault. Who reimburses you your airtime while these call centre agents can't string a legible English sentence together? Multichoice is becoming worse than government!
