In September I called the call centre to set up a link to DSTV on demand. Instead Mpho, who took my call, cut my debit order. I was notified by email that I had cancelled my debit order. I sent an email on 6 October to query and got a reference number 4145292 and a notice to say they would attend to the matter. I got no further response. On 8 Oct they cut my connection. I did an EFT transaction for the outstanding amount PLUS connection fee! THEN again on l4 Oct I called the call centre to find out why I had not yet been connected. They saw the credit so said they would reconnect me. THEN they could not trace my smart card. Eventually they said it was damaged and I had to drive to Lynnwood with my smart card to get a replacement. I drove the 80 Km there and back to be told they could not find my complaint on the system. Then they also needed the PVR. I give up! Wonder how long it will take for a Multichoice rep to read this mail??? I always thought Multichoice was professional but now realise they are worse than a government department. Strangely I got an sms thanking me for my loyalty last week!!!
