This is a follow up from the last time when I went to durban cbd. I was told to come back with both decoders as I have extra view set up at my house. cool. on friday I went there at 12pm and left at 4pm WITHOUT the decoders because the system was down. cool. Got a call about 10 minutes after I left saying everything is sorted out. I was already in the freeway so I told the lady that I would come back on saturday. cool. I went back on saturday and collected. the lady assured me that my stuff was working. was happy. got home to set up my stuff and behold, the primary decoder is showing that IT IS NOT LINKED TO THE SECONDARY DECODER!!! I then received a message on the decoder confirming deactivation of services on my smart card??? I have already visited your offices 3 times this week. You guys even called me on thursday and we spoke. All this run around is unnecessary. I can not keep going up and down as im booked for caesarean tomorrow and having multichoice problems is the last thing i want. I paid for extra view!!! I am not getting extra view!!! please sort this out. customer number 68326890
