I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 10AM TO REPORT A TECHNICAL FAULT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM ON THEIR SIDE, ITS NOW 20H35 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.WHEN YOU DONT PAY THEY ARE QUICK TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE BUT IF ITS THEIR FAULT THEY DONT COMPENSATE YOU IN ANY WAY. I AM NOW OF THIS INCOMPETENT SERVICE
