8ta sim, dont buy!!!

Still had no resolution to complaint posted 16/5!!!
Had two calls from, one from "JUDY-called me from 0219446800, and on the 21/05 from someone calling from 0399781003, PROMISED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!! This person could not understand why the problem was referred to her as she has nothing to do with it, she is dealing with copper lines!!! To date, I have not heard from anyone again, disgusting service, if you can even call it service,
I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY OR MAKE USE OF 8TA 'S CELL PRODUCTS.
THEY DO HAVE A PROBLEM, BUT IS UNWILLING AND UNABLE TO SOLVE ISSUE'S.
VERY INCOMPETENT AND AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO SAY THE LEAST.
