Telkom has a good website to report faults. My telephone instrument is faulty. I reported the fault on line on Wednesday and telkom promptly responded and provided me with a fault ref number - 54CRK120613. To-date I have had no further contact or response. When you contact 10210 the staff just say the fault has been handed over to their technical department. I asked how long it would take to sort out the problem and I was told they cannot confirm on behalf of their technical team. When you ask for a contact number for the technical team you are told that you cannot contact hem direct. How is one suppose to track when you problem will be sorted. PLS HELP!!!
