After a rainy day my DSTV stopped working. The call centre advised me to get my decoder checked. After doing so it still did not work, I was advised to replace my LNB. Still did not work, guess what?! maybe it's the connection between LNB and decoder. You guessed it, I replaced the cable. No functions work on my PVR and they can't help me!!! Why do we pay for a service we can't enjoy!!! For the monthly subscription fee I pay to DSTV, I can rather rent a new release from the local DVD shop every 2nd day and have my money's worth. You ask " common problem"? My answer, NO!!! Common DSTV!!!
