Hi, once again I am disgusted and shocked by the service I got from Multichoice last night, I was watching tv when all of a sudden my account was suspended, I called them and spoke to Paballo and he told me that he will NOT reactivate my account as I owe them, as far as I know I make my payments of R272 every month on time. I was told I am in arrears as I have been short paying for the last couple of months. Paballo said he'll get his manager to call me back and that never happened not I'm surprised. I called again and spoke to Zambuko who also REFUSED to reactivate my account and told me that I owe just about R400 on my account, I was NEVER made aware that I am short paying or that my premiums have gone up as I was still able to watch all the channels. If I was short paying, why didn't anyone make me aware that I was short paying, why wait for the account to accumulate so much before suspending my account. This is not the 1st time I have an encounter like this with Multichoice and I must say that for a brand so big their service is pathetic to say the least. The sad news is my account is still suspended and I am to blame for this as I should have guessed that I am short paying.
