I am paying a monthly installment to DSTV of which includes R70.00 for dual view. It is still not resolved todate.

On the 06/10 I contacted DSTV regarding payment. I was holding on for quite some time. eventually when a consultant (Kay/Kiy not sure of the correct SPELLING) when he answered the call. One could hear that he was unprofessional and he showed little interest in the manner he was sighing (uninterested) I had confirmed with him that it showed disrespect and he kept on sighing. When I tried to advised him he had cut the call. I phoned back and hold on for 20 minutes and Sibonyile answered had advised him that I needed to speak tobacco senior of which he put me on hold as his Supervisor was busy and that he will transfer me.(before 11h00am 06/10). He than came back to advised that the Supervisor was still busy however wanted and tried to assist and did, however have advised him that I needed to speak to a senior and he than took my contact details. From 11h00am (0610) to 20h00pm (07/10) no person has contacted me
