I realised that my cellphone package was changed without my consent. I then phoned cellc and Jessica answered the phone. I explained to her that my contract which is a casual chat were I receive free minutes to use from Monday to Thursday was changed because I can't make calls even though I have enough minutes. In short she couldn't help me; I then asked to speak to her supervisor. I was put on hold for more than 4min then Jessica came back to me and said "my supervisor will tell you exactly the same thing that I told you that you are on a casual chat and can make calls at night only". By then I was livid because that's not what I signed up for. I again requested to speak to the supervisor; she repeated what she said to me earlier. She eventually transferred the call to Heidi Gopidhand who answered with an attitude. She said to me she was busy that's why she could not come to the phone. Busy-busy for a paying client who has a genuine issue? I told her that it's not my problem that you don't have enough staff on site. The best thing that she could have done was to take my details down and phone me later. Not once did she apologize. I'm appalled by cellc service. It's shocking.
