As a paying client and in a Service orientated industry My experience with now 4 call centre agents has been the worst By far. I Called the call centre on the Monday the 30th to reactivate the Dual view Full service of as consumer now paying close to R 700 for a service and entertainment.
My first experience was a call centre agent whom clearly did not want to assist, Due to me calling late in the evening... After holding on the line for over 20 min from a cellphone i requested a call back rudely i was advised "NO" such a big Co not able to call there client back really... The call is then dropped
I then call again waiting for 15 mins where i requested to speak to a Senior manager the agent puts me on hold for further 7 mins coming back telling me she has no record of the previous call. I then advise that i would like t speak to a supervisor Guess what happens call is cut again in a client ear.
I eventually call again on the 2nd this agent after waiting again assist an activates .upon arriving at home, clearly not working. I called in today where I'm told systems are now down and im not able to get a ref no to track but i should write down and it should just work"Really DS
